1. Made to Order
All garments are crafted to order at our Jetpark facility. Production takes approximately 10 business days before your order is dispatched or ready for collection. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this lead time.
2. Accuracy of Orders
Please ensure all size, colour, and delivery details are correct before completing checkout. Once production has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your province.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content on this website are the property of Wet Dog Apparel / SA Apparel. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
